Responsibility cards, changing scenarios and six roles bring different AI decisions to the table.

Each responsibility contributes influence across risk, technology, governance, compliance, ethics and users. Compare the values and build a hand that responds to the current scenario.

Ten scenario designs introduce different challenges, with influence requirements, a named responsibility bonus, an Agile focus and a penalty condition.
Keep one role throughout the game. Each role has its own influence modifiers, Agile bonus and Company Culture bonus.

Shadow AI introduces ways to swap cards, steal a responsibility or defend against a steal.

Detailed how-to-play guidelines are available in the box. The scoring sheet records Governance Points across six rounds.
Artwork is shown in English. The print files do not establish the number of physical copies of each card or the language options supplied per deck.
Play with open hands, respond to the scenario and compare your priorities with the other roles.
Choose a role and keep it face up for all six rounds. Its influence modifiers shape your decisions throughout the game.
Shuffle the ten scenarios and reveal the first. Shuffle Responsibility and Shadow AI cards together, then deal five cards face up to each player.
Players take three turns each per round, clockwise. Swap a responsibility, use Shadow AI or pass. A player can defend in response to a steal.
Record Governance Points after each round. Use a new scenario each round, setting played scenarios aside. The highest total after six rounds wins.
This is an overview of play. Refer to the printed instructions for the full rules.

This shows one card’s contribution, not a complete hand or final score. The other cards and your role also matter.
Compare the six influence areas, discuss the trade-offs in your hand and see how a different role or scenario changes your priorities.
No AI expertise is needed to play. Bring friends or colleagues together and explore the different responsibilities represented by the roles.
For a workshop, follow play with a discussion: Which priorities changed with your role? Which influence areas helped with the scenario? What would your team do differently?
A suggested discussion format; facilitation is not included in the deck price.
